Magnetic Separator Iron Sand introduction:
The Magnetic Separator Iron Sand is applicable for dry mineral separation of such materials as magnetite, pyrrhotine, roasted ore and ilmenite, etc. And it is also applicable for iron removal working of such materials as coal, nonmetal and building materials, etc.
This Magnetic Separator Iron Sand can separate raw materials with different magnetic rigidities. The machine works by using magnetic force and the machine force. Are designed to recover ferromagnetic materials. The separators are available in designs and sizes to provide solutions for all applications.
Working Principle of Magnetic Separator Iron Sand:When the pulp flows to the magnetic separator via inlet, the mineral granules spread. As a result of the magnetic force, the magnetic minerals concentrate as a lump or a chain. This lump or chain is then absorbed on the roller surface owing to the magnetic force. When the magnetic lump or chain rotates with the roller, gangues and other non-magnetic minerals falls off from the lump or chain and are then discharged from outlet. The lump or chain left at the wall of the roller is ore concentrate. It is then discharged off from the magnetic separator
