Detailed Description of Intermittent Ball Mill:

Intermittent ball mill is applied to the grinding of feldspar, quartz, clay, silica and other hard and brittle materials It is widely used in industrial production of high fine grinding materials. There are both wet grinding and dry grinding, especially the dry grinding can produce ultra-fine powder and the fineness could be up to 1000-16000 meshes. Adapting special inside lining reduces the admixture of steel, iron, manganese and other metal materials to the component. This machine is high fine grinding machine, material should be crushed in fineness station into the ground to have the highest grinding efficiency and economic benefit.

Working Principle of Intermittent Ball Mill:

intermittence ball mill is horizontal cylindrical rotation device, driven by brim gearwheel. There are two chambers and grid. Material goes into the first chamber through the feeding inlet. Inside the first chamber, there are stage liners and ripple liners as well as steel balls. The shell rotates so as to generate electricity, and this force brings ball to a certain height and then balls drop down by gravity, the impact is the grinding force to the material. After the primary grinding, materials go into the second chamber through segregate screen. In the second chamber, there are flat liners and steel ball. After the secondary grinding, material is discharged from the discharging mouth. Then the whole grinding process is ended.
